"Switched from Progressive to say a few bucks per month.. NOT WORTH IT. Countless emails back and forth with incompetent assistant as she screwed the entire policy up. Tony never once stepped in to fix any of it either. After less than 20 days of being a customer, I went right back to Progressive."
